Payment Options

Deposits (Fee) are non refundable. Once Rocky Mountain has received your application and deposit, you will beplaced on a master deposit list by size. When you are assigned to a litter you will be  notified via email and/or text when it is your turn to pick a puppy. It is your responsibility to update us of any changes in your contact information. If we have not heard back from you in 24 hours after reaching out, we will move on to the next name on the list. This is done in fairness to those families who
are waiting in line to pick out their puppy. Our wait time to get a tri color puppy is 20-24 months right now. If you will take other colors the wait is 18-24 months. Breeder has the right to the first two puppies in each litter.  Please make a final decision before placing your deposit. 
Rocky Mountain Bernedoodles is now accepting deposits for F1b, Teddy Bear (Multigen) and Australian Bernedoodles. Please note this excludes the F1 generation. We are moving away from the f1 poodle and bernese. We are also not accepting deposits for micro mini/tiny at this time.  Thank you!​

For final payment we will invoice you from quickbooks. On the invoice you can pay debit, credit or wire transfer.
