The Ultimate Bernedoodle

A Teddy Bear Bernedoodle is a Bernedoodle whose parents are both Bernedoodles. They can also be referenced as “Multigens.”
Our Teddy Bear Bernedoodles are all carefully selected from our program with health-tested and proven parentage. It takes a substantially mature breeding program to produce internal Multigen lines. Teddy Bear Bernedoodles are just an alternative option to our other lines. All of our puppies are fantastic and a lot of care and planning goes into them before they are even born. Our First Generation pairings (Bernese x Poodle) can sometimes result in less predictable coats and sizes. Since they are 50% Bernese – their coat could be more like a Berner and shed. This doesn’t make them any less desirable, but due to allergies our clientele prefers a wavy, hypoallergenic, non-shedding coat.
When you breed the best to the best, you can produce consistent puppies with classic loose wavy coats that are the closest things to a real live teddy bear!  A Teddy Bear Bernedoodle is a multigen and the result of breeding two bernedoodles together. .
Other breeders post that there is a bigger health risk with multigen bernedoodles. That is not an accurate statement. If you are breeding healthy, tested breeding stock their health is the same as the early generation bernedoodles.
